Pre-order Rabbit's Song today! 

Safely in Redmond, WA from Burning Man today.  Trudy's and my publisher has posted the pre-order page for our upcoming picture book, Rabbit's Song, based on the song of the same name (on Blessings) written by Mama Dragon and me.  Pre-order your copy now, and Mama Dragon and I will read you a story...no, really!  All pre-orders from now through the book's release will receive your choice of the song which inspired the book or an mp3 of the two of us reading a story!  This is an exclusive freebie, only for the folks who pre-order the book.  Trudy and I will record the story mp3 at the end of this month, when I get back to Memphis, and then deliver it up to our publisher to send out to our pre-order customers.  Wanna be on that list?  Go buy our gorgeous little book!

Two of my best girls in Nashville are stepping up for Senator Obama this Sunday. If you'd like to bring your cell phone along and join in the fun and yummy food, read on for details.

Mama Tish, aka Tish Owen, aka the Big Boss of the Pagan Unity Festival, is opening the doors of Goddess & the Moon Cafe for a MoveOn.org Obama Calling Party to help out Senator Obama's campaign. On *Sunday, September 21, 2008*,
interested Nashville-area folks can come by the shop - for thirty minutes or three hours - and help us contact voters in swing states to help them sign up to volunteer for Obama. As an additional plus, we're going to attempt to
obtain voter registration forms (although we're checking with the Election Commissioner just to be sure) as well as put together carpool contacts for volunteers to drive to and from the polls on Election Day.
